He made us very aware there was a lot of work and money to spend on the house itself even thought he highlighted the exterior was outstanding and on a large block. The price we accepted was reflective of his advice and we thank him for his direction and support. It was a nerve wracking time with 4 weeks with no prior offers prior to Auction and no bids at the Auction. In the intensely hot market of 2021 and with all our confusion and stress, Jason was able to steered us through all our concerns to a single offer that we accepted.
