Jason took our riverfront property to market on in what looked like promising conditions however the market unfortunately deteriorated as the auction programme proceeded. Jason used media effectively and the eventual buyer came from off-shore. Whilst bidding was slow Jason managed to obtain a fair price for the property in what proved to be a difficult market and we are happy to see our home in the hands of its new owners.
