Hi Jason, Just brief note to thank you for all your efforts on the sale of 36 Laurel Avenue, Chelmer. From the very beginning you were focused and straight forward ( a trait we value), having a very clear vision on price and the how , what , when that was necessary to successfully sell our property. As you are well aware we were initially ‘sweet talked” by another agency, promising the world but in reality not delivering. Simply put our decision not to use you earlier was a mistake, costing us valuable time, money and emotion. You have delivered on everything that you promised and we could not be happier.
