We ultimately chose Adcock Prestige because of their focus and clarity on what they would do to market and sell our property, not just because of what they had done with others. We appreciated that they were at all times understanding of what we needed to achieve, and the team were very committed. There was enormous interest generated, along with numerous offers, but importantly we were never badgered with ones that were clearly not going to be acceptable. They demonstrated an adaptability and flexibility to get us a good result in the prevailing circumstances of a rapidly changing market coming off a record peak which ultimately enabled us to make the lifestyle change we had been aiming for.
