Never gave up!!

We loved our family home in Graceville where we lived for 13 years. However after the kids left home & my husband retired we made the big “seachange” to Noosa where we currently reside. We tried to sell the property several times but it was only when Jason changed his whole marketing approach that he finally got the result we desired. He suggested we put an application into council for a subdivision which would ultimately make the property more valuable. In essence, rather than selling a house he was promoting our property as a large parcel of land on the river which could potentially be two blocks. It was genius as it gave the potential buyer the confidence to know they were not just buying a family home but also a fantastic long term investment.
