We were looking to buy an apartment at a particular location in Canberra for over 2 years. After all this time, we’d seen most of the apartments for sale and knew the floorplans well. Nothing was grabbing us but the location was perfect. A new apartment came up for sale, being sold by Jason Anasson and Natalie Kokic Schmidt of McGrath. We loved the apartment and made an offer. Jason and Natalie were incredibly helpful with all our questions – both silly ones and important ones! Jason led the process and in all our interactions with him, we found him to be trustworthy, very open, honest and very supportive. A rare breed in the real industry nowadays. Both Natalie and Jason impressed us with their integrity and patience. Jason was there for us throughout the process and gave his time generously. He was always positive, punctual with a can-do attitude. We had a few small issues including a broken dishwasher which was dealt with smoothly and quickly and replaced with a brand new one. Although we didn’t have as much contact with Natalie, she was genuine, very supportive, friendly and warm. Both could go far ... ;) Huge thanks to Jason and Natalie but also to Olivia who first showed us around the apartment and turned a ‘blind-eye’ when we ate half the chocolates! Most certainly a unique and fantastic team. They went above and beyond every step of the way and topped it off with an incredible gift box filled with goodies from McGrath when they handed over the keys to our new apartment.
