Amazing how experience of purchasing a property thanks to Jason. Was in the process of buying another property prior to this one with another agent and service was so man both from agent and builder I pulled out due to the lack of communication and negotiation skills and much more. I was turned off the whole buying a first property market and the whole first purchase experience also thinking wow how disgusting.
