Jason thru-out the process of selling our house demonstrated high levels of integrity . He knew the business he is in and knew the local market around Figtree. We decided to go with jason as we felt that we could work with him and have open and honest conversions. I cannot comment on Jasons ability to negotiate with purchases as I have not seen this in person. In saying that we took for granted largely the feedback---it is always an area where the realestate agent treads a difficult path between both parties to have a sale completed. We were very happy with the final price and it was at the top end of our expectations given the market and affordability bracket.
