Experience with Jason at Belle property was very good. He did not pressure me like other agents. He also allowed me personal viewings of the property. It was very straightforward.
try your best to avoid this agency. I’m with agent Jason Bi for my first home, they are very corporate before you sign the contract. Negotiate with owner to get the deal sealed. Even keen for you to drive over to sign the contract 9pm at night. Telling you call them anytime etc. AFTER you signed the contract, paid the deposit and finish the cooling off period, EVERYTHING CHANGED. all of sudden they are very hard to reach, messages went unresponsive. Left you no reply for days. JUST LIKE FROM A BOYFRIEND TO AN EXBOYFRIEND. They were late for final inspection, no communication regarding some issues in the property and I only found out DURING my final inspection few hours before settlement (EVEN HARD TO BOOK FINAL SETTLEMENT DUE TO POOR COMMUNICATION). The display furnitures were still in the property on the settlement day. I still have some issues with them after settlement. I just want to get everything sorted like the contract and done with this agent. Very sick of poor communication and messages left on read. Do me a favour, just avoid it. There are so many real estate agent out there. The only job for them is to be a communicational bridge between buyer and seller, if they can’t even do communication well, what else are you expecting?? I don’t complain much, I been very polite and patient with them. But now I realise it’s almost been a month after settlement. The issue still not solved. I’m very disappointed and upset. I wish I can get my property fixed just like how they promised and persuaded me to sign contract at the first place. Just avoid them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
