After the frustration of trying to find an agent that I actually connected with, from the larger franchise company's and only receiving the standard info packages l thought l would try a local finding service. Jason was the first agent to contact me when I sent an enquiry thru. When he arrived l was greeted with a warm smile and a lovely partner on his arm. Jason and Marinda then started expressing there service and package options in detail. Such a refreshing change from the "here's a few examples of the local houses and we charge an enormous fee" spew l was getting from everyone else. They both gave an exellent presentation and being an advocate for buy n stay local l had already decided l would take this awesome couple on as our agents halfway thru. Now our home of 20 years has sold within 2 weeks and Jason & Marinda have been there every step of the way. Great communication and advise and love there pricing structure were they give you a range from the lowest to the highest average charges and you pay them according to the service you feel you received. The offers started pouring in following the 2nd open home and the negotiations started round 3pm. I looked at the clock round 5.30 and thought....oh wont hear anything till tomorrow, but to my delight Jason continued to keep me updated with the progress and then by 9pm we had sorted a deal with a young family and accepted there offer.
