House sold

It was a great pleasure in getting Jason and his team at LJ Hooker to sell our property. They were very professional from start to finish. Jason kept us informed of all the open house results for the 3 weeks that he had buyers through the property. He kept in touch with all the prospective buyer and made sure that the Auction was a great success . My expected sale price/ reserve was $730k it was sold $70K over my expectation $800K.
