Jodie Ohl managed my property while it was rented. As a long-time owner living in California I consider myself lucky to have had someone of Jodie's ability, knowledge and professionalism handing the property and was constantly amazed at how easy she made the process seem. She is both friendly and professional and worked equally well with tenants, Body Corporate and tradesmen. She communicated constantly with the tenants and me and her tact and professionalism in dealing with stressful situations was particularly impressive. She was diligent in keeping me up to date on the condition of the property, and I quickly learnt to trust her ability to prioritize items that needed attention. She was an invaluable source of knowledge and insight about the rental market in the area and kept me regularly updated. When it came time to sell, Jason did a fantastic job. I had never sold a property in Australia and the process was totally unfamiliar. Jason's understanding of the sale process, the local market and his advice on the best marketing strategy to follow in order to sell the property resulted in a stress free sale at a price that exceeded my expectations. He communicated constantly and was always willing to spend time to explain and answer my questions about the next step in the process and made sure I was always aware of the different options open to me.
