It took my husband and I almost 2 years to buy a house. During that time, Jason was always happy to answer our questions, discuss our options and even bid on our behalf when we did finally purchase. This made it an easy decision to use Hodges Mentone when we eventually sold our house. Jason has the perfect mix of professionalism, wit, knowledge, honesty and importantly a sense of humour, making him an easy person to work with in what can be a very stressful situation. We listened to his advice closely and trusted his opinion throughout the campaign, safe in the knowledge that he knows the industry better than anyone. On auction day, I was yet again impressed with his skills, using pregnant pauses to elicit control of the crowd, teasing every last dollar from each of the bids until the final moment.
