We recently sold our property of almost 20 years through Think Real Estate and it was an amazing experience. Other agents were only interested in a quick sale at an easy price so they could pocket their commission whereas June and Jason took the time to get to know the character of the home and what would appeal to prospective buyers. They conducted a targeted advertising campaign and really went the extra mile to make sure the house was well presented for open homes and private inspections. Being from out of town it posed some logistical issues throughout the process however Jason took the extra time to ensure everything was perfect whenever the house was presented. During the negotiation process we never felt pressured but were always encouraged and very well informed so that we could realise the best possible result.
