Jason Cooper
Jason was very optimistic agent at the beginning , putting the price of the house a bit too hight for the market at the time , we had no idea of the market evolution .
It took us a year to sell the house , having the price going from $359000 to $325000 , we were a bit lost at one point , we really want to sell the house to move on , so we put more photos we took on website , we ask Jason to change the description , we put a bit of pressure , and it work we start having interest in the house now we had thee right price , plus photos ...
Wish we would have start like that .
Sold the house a year after for $305000 .
So with the all year dealing with Jason I wouldn't say I was happy the all time with the way it went .
But at the end we work it out , with a bit of pressure , right price no tenant .....
Overall , we felt we didn't get the right advice from the beginning , having tenant with dogs , cats , as we didn't want any pets , Stock Preston agency was looking after the rental part as well .
So not very happy with the all experience .
We had to take all the decision to make the house sold , get rid of the tenants , change description , photos ,.....
But let stay positif we sold the house at the end .
Sincerely ,
Severine and Olivier Marill
