I still can't believe how quickly the property sold, Probably was sold in less than two weeks , on the day of the second opening. WAs made very easy for me....seems I didn't have to do anything. Local knowledge certainly helped Jason to promote/describe my house. When I read his write up I thought he had left out all the things that would sell it. However he knew/knows what people are looking for and described it in the manner that people moving to Port Lincoln would be looking for. Jason is very confident and knows the business. He was always well mannered and made calls after hours to keep me in the know. I will certainly be recommending Jason to anyone who asks, I stated a price I would like but expected to sell for less however Jason assured me it was worth my price and he would get it. And he did.
