I have had previous success with Jason selling my property and this time tasted success once again but after extenuating circumstances Jason used all his digital marketing expertise once again and had many enquires from near and far. I exchanged contracts at the agreed price and 10% deposit was paid and 45 days to settlement subject to a due diligence period. To my horror the sale fell over due to a low valuation by HTW. I am a 35 year property veteran and was shocked that the valuation was below purchase price. I asked Jason to obtain a copy of the valuation and I did a critique on the obvious short comings of the report and it’s ridiculous comparison sales comparison methodology. Jason then arranged a meeting with the buyers to discuss my critique and they subsequently ordered a fresh valuation from another Valuer. The new valuation was at purchase price and settlement was effected some 20 days later. Jason’s attention to detail and repport with both buyer and seller got the deal settled I am so thrilled with the final result. John Fish
