Jason Dowler is an extremely professional Realtor that went above and beyond to ensure that our Unit was sold at the best price and within a reasonable timeframe. The current Property Market has been in decline since the middle of 2022, thanks to increasing interest rates, spooking many potential buyers. We had many buyers that began the process by signing the Section 32's, however we had mixed results - either they had no finance or simply changed their minds when it came to signing over a deposit. It was a considerably frustrating experience, but thankfully Jason soldiered on and provided us frank and considered feedback. We realised after some months that the market worstened and the offers were lowering as each week passed. Eventually a buyer (the new owner) came along without requiring finance and we settled on a reasonable price given the Market situation. It was settled within 18 days! I would highly recommend Jason Dowler for any Property sales.
