The best decision I made when I decided to sell my 2 Units was to call Jason Gard. Both Units were sold for a good price. The deals were quite complex as there were tennants involved and Jason handled all the negotiations around that with the Property Managers/Tennants, co-ordinated all the inspections and dealt with the Settlement Agents to ensure the properties were settled with-in the given timeframe.
