Jason provided a professional and honest service with zero pressure. As a first home buyer, I was searching for a long time for a property with a good location and that meets my family and work needs. Along this journey, I met different real estate agents and my experience was not the best on many occasions due to the pressure and the strong sales pitch that is not very genuine. When I finally found a property managed by Jason in Greystanes that both my wife and I liked, the experience was nothing but great. On the Sunday I signed the contract, there was no scheduled viewing and I simply was showing the property to my brother and friends from the outside. The feedback was positive and I had strong feeling inside me that this is the property for me. My friend said why don't you call Jason so he can show us the property on the inside. Given that it was a Sunday and given that I did not have a previously scheduled appointment, my hope was very slim that Jason will even answer my call. Instead, Jason interrupted his program for the day and came in 15 minutes to help me show the house to friends and family. On that I made my decision and I signed the contracts. On the same day he went and sat down in person with the owner so she can sign the contract and help her sell her property. Jason catered for the interest of both the vendor and the buyer.
