Had a great experience when dealing with Jason. He was upfront, trustworthy, honest and had a great level of insight re the property that was being sold. Being a buyer, we had nothing but questions, every question was answered, and intricacies of various laws & requirements explained. Obviously we don't buy houses every second day or year, so our anxiousness related to a few issues was fairly justified i'd say.
