First thing to say was we sold our property and got a decent price, so I'm happy. Jason may feel my scores are relatively low, given that we sold the house, so here's why. he didn't find the buyer: we did. And this was someone he should have known about. he switched from dealing mainly with my wife to dealing with me, which came across as slightly disrespectful to Karin. He kept talking the whole buyer situation up and I had to tell him more than once not to over promise. he read the prospective buyers incorrectly. On the open house inspections (and I know time is tight) he was often not there at the start and rushed off at the end before we had time to talk face to face. On the negotiation, I felt he was not really doing the negotiation with any real strategy. Harsh? Maybe but that was our experience. The feedback is given with good intent. Without it, no one improves.
