Jason is very good at telling you what you want to hear and at self praise. Jason sold our house within 8 days but we did have to ask him to go back and get more money twice. Now that we have sold we have asked Jason to let us know of anything no matter what it is that comes up for sale in Creswick, this is not happening. Next time I put a house on the market we will think twice about using Harcourts as they don’t seem to work very hard at selling properties. We have the money and are ready to buy in Creswick but Jason cannot be bothered Contacting us it makes us wonder if there were other people out there like us when we were selling that Jason could not be bothered contacting. We are not saying all Harcourt agent are like this but would think twice about recommend Jason,
