Unlike the other agents with whom I spoke, Jason gave me an objective valuation of the worth of the property (about $300,000 more than any other agent) and set the incentive trigger accordingly (at $2 million whereas other agents wanted the 10% incentive to kick in at $1.7 million). He suggested an effective advertising strategy (that cost half of what other agents recommended), and immediately got to work on his personal list of known possible purchasers. Over the next 3 weeks he kept me fully informed of all interested parties and offers. Finally, when he had generated a critical mass of potential purchasers, he used his exceptional negotiating skills and personal credibility to come up with the best possible price, which was considerably above my expectations.
