Initially I had James give an appraisal on my house for value , very upfront and project always a positive/forward price with explanation and sincere friendly attitude. Nearly a year later I called James back to proceed once again to listen to my expectations and to proceed with selling my house . I threw the hard task of timing just after Christmas to commence the viewings etc ..with all commitment he proceeded .. a very smooth transaction
