Absolutely Brilliant from the Start, patience was a virtue, Job Done

Right from the start Tracey was brilliant. Our property was a little complex for selling being a rear property of our subdivided block with nil street frontage and only our nicely paved driveway for entry to present! Private, secluded and secure it definitely was which was the major appeal. In a difficult market climate for real estate the Professionalism was absolutely brilliant from the start with Tracey, a brilliant ad, we had previously listed and then Tracey was given the task and was accomodating with flexible sale package options, all fees were reasonable, more than others however we were happy to pay as throughout the entire process start to finish Tracey's effort, organisation, help and assistance and result was worth paying extra for. The online advertisement and photos with Tracey left all other real estate agencies looking woeful, it was all so professional and we are really thankful to Tracey for her handling of all issues including a number of errors and mistakes by the banks along the way! Absolutely from the start we would recommend to everyone Tracey and her Team don't go anywhere else!
