Jason is an experienced and pleasant agent with good relationship skills. Sometimes making a sale requires both the seller and the buyer to realign their expectations. I think Jason understands this distinction well and doesn't give up easily. I suspect he is creative at overcoming barriers to the sale and thinks about the task at hand. I found him to be goal oriented and persistent, but with a congenial manner.

Throughout the property marketing campaign Jason always remained focused on achieving the premium result for us. When the property took a little longer to sell Jason reviewed an array of different strategies to generate interest from the right buyer group while maintain the integrity of the property value. I have previously worked with other Agents that simply pressure the client to drop the price to induce a sale, however Jason accepted his commitment to find the right buyer not any buyer at a low price. Anyone can sell at a low price but it takes detailed market understanding and experience to realise property value demonstrated by a fair and balanced sale price in a declining market. Jason is also a good bloke who is always available and communicates well. We would work with Jason again without hesitation.

My daughter & I walked into Cripps & Cripps wanting help we had to sell my Mum's home as she was just admitted into a nursing home, we had no idea what to do or where to go. We chose this real estate as it was the same one my Mum used when she purchased the unit I had to sell, as we walked through the door there was no receptionist there the only person we saw was Jason he said hello how are you & I replied I told him what I needed & he took us into another room where we all sat & discussed what was going to happen & what Jason was going to do for us.
