Wow! Jason is decisive and most courteous. From start to finish he was fair, impartial and totally committed to achieving the best possible outcome. If someone is SERIOUS about property in the region, you must at least talk to Jason, Linda and staff for accurate HONEST advice about what you intend to buy/sell. It would be a rare thing to find an honourable R/E agent now days, however, like or dislike their advice you can be assured that it will be as accurate as the prevailing environment permits. Other R/E will tell you what you would like to hear. Jason and Linda will tell you what you need to know, and why. Give them a try, prove me wrong. I doubt you will, if you digest then reflect on their advice.

After selling a few homes I must say dealing with Linda and Jason was different to anyone else I have ever used. The whole thing felt easy from the beginning to end. The process was smooth and we sold after 4 opens. The professional approach without any of the fluff was a breath of fresh air.
