Offered advise on what the market was like, and chose a price that would sell the property quickly which is what we were after. Kept us in the loop of what was happening with buyers, and best of all it sold in 4 days of going onto the market. Very happy with the outcome. Communication was excellent. We'd never sold a property before, and Jason guided us step by step, with solicitor, preparation of the property for selling, and always there if we needed to ask any questions.
