I purchased an investment via a buyer agent who thankfully they did most of the liaising and chasing up. The seller accepted our offer however took sometime to sign contract. I understand as the selling agent, it is a delicate balance between seller and buyer, however I think greater transparency from the start would have helped everyone. I almost gave up on this purchase if it wasn't for the fantastic property.
