While the property sold itself - I had been trying to buy it for years, Jason did a very good job transacting the negotiations between the vendor and the buyer. I think he negiotiated a fair outcome for both parties. He kept me up-to-date with negotiations including calling me out of hours. Always good humoured, he took the stress out of purchasing the property.
