Our house sold in just over 2 weeks at a price above the predicted range. Our initial dealings were with Simon, who introduced us to Jason and the team who all became acquainted with the property and worked together as a team. Team members brought prospective buyers around on an individual basis giving us adequate warning each time. The process was minimally intrusive in our daily routines. The 'silent auction' process is one we can recommend. Although we dealt mainly with Simon, who was ever prompt, efficient and courteous, the other teams members were also extremely pleasant to deal with. Full marks!
What can I say.. Jason contacted me asking if I was interested in selling my property. We had previous discussions in March about selling but the market and election made it hard to sell. Jason then contacted me in July and I said I would sell for the right price. 2 weeks later we have an unconditional contract, a happy buyer and a happy vendor. Need I say more?
