Jason was enthusiastic, disappointed he was unable to find the developers I had anticipated. re advertising...not listed in local paper week prior to sale and friends thought it had been sold. realestate .dot com, not easy ...had to know details about the house to find it. Communication was good. Real Estate Agents around Warragul need to smarten up their front staff, like not clever. The expression "what was your name again" is particularly irritating. Firstly I have not given my name, and are they asking for a former name? How about "Could I have your name, please?" My name starts with "H", it is pronounced "aitch", not Haitch. The latter indicates a poor level of Primary Education and in many work places will not get you through the front door. In all, a most satisfactory conclusion and I would certainly recommend Jason. I was very thankful Kim was able to find buyer.

After purchasing this home, due an unforeseen turn of events, I was forced to sell my home rather than retaining the property as an investment.
