Terrible customer relations
No customer service at all. Like he couldn't be bothered selling the property we were enquiring about. Went to view the property twice, Jason only came the first time. The second viewing and the final inspection before hand over he sent out the receptionist who couldn't answer any of our questions. No one knew if any of the appliances worked, so I feel the property was falsely advertised. We have dealt with 5 real-estate agents in recent months and this was well below standards of the others.
