Jason Lien (Barry Plant Sales Executive) is a real professional & totally service oriented. He is courteous, patient & willing to go the extra mile to help in a sale & provide consistent feedback to us, the vendors. He is aware of the high stresses that vendors face when putting their property on the market so he was very reassuring & yet managed to be honest with his views & suggestions. He is very articulate & will politely clarify any problem clearly & provide appropriate suggestions & listen to our queries & suggestions as well. He was always very calm even in sensitive discussions & that impressed us a lot. When the original Sales Executive taking care of our portfolio went on leave about a month after we'd signed on, Jason was assigned to take care of the sale of our apt. We were concerned with a no. of issues regarding the process & procedures of marketing our apt. There were very, very small nos. of prospective buyers turning up to view the apt. & things generally stagnated. However, we were fortunate to get Jason who carefully listened to our concerns & tried his best to rectify the issues. He was forthright in his opinions about the reasons for the issues. He recommended styling the apt which incurred additional expense on our part but in the end it contributed to our apt. getting sold. He also indicated that the sales figure which had been agreed upon as a possible sale price was too high & asked us to re-consider a more realistic one which we did. At our request, he also notified his bosses - the marketing Manager & the Director, to review our case & in the end, the negotiations led to more Open House sessions, better advertising & concluded with us putting our apt. up for auction.
