Not really up to par. Had to bring in my own cleaners to rectify issues that should have been resolved prior to settlement. I.e mould on curtains, skirting board lifting in bedroom, grease and grime in kitchen cupboards. Paid $529000 to purchase property but then spent an additional $1000 to have it cleaned.
