Purchased a property through Jason felt he was very honest and helpful and was very informative and had great communication skills.
Effectively, one phone call and the place was effectively sold within a week. You can't do better than that and that included negotiations with an existing tenant. Good follow up to keep me posted on progress even though I was travelling in remote NW Western Australia. House was in excellent order so there were no issues, just a straightforward quick and easy sale at a price I was happy with.
