Jason was one of the most professional sales people I think I have ever dealt with, there was nothing but professionalism! He dealt with all of the problems without any complaining or angst. He was informative and played the game in a way I believe helped us sell our property, in a poor sellers’ market, for the best price we could have achieved. It wasn’t a hard process once the buyer was found which I think he would admit but he did the work and used his skills to secure that buyer, they had funds and could have gone elsewhere but he made the catch and closed the deal for us. He was also always accessible and availably all through the process and he acted in a completely informed open manner all the way too by explaining clearly were we stood and what all of the options were each step of the way. Although we wanted more (who doesn’t) I believe he worked as hard as he could have to negotiate the best price we were going to get under current market conditions, without his advice we may still have the property on the market today? I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a great agent.
