I found Jason by using realestate.com. This showed me his selling record in comparison to other agents in the area. The property had been with another agent for almost a year and not sold. Jason managed to have the property sold within a month. I would recommend Jason and his team without hesitation.

Jason assured us, based on his market knowledge that the house would sell fairly fast and at a reasonable price. He was right. It sold within 2 months and for $525,000. He didn't always anticipate what we, as first home-sellers in another state wanted to know and when, but if we contacted him, he gave us all the information and advice we needed; he listened to us and followed our suggestions. His initial valuation of $545-565 was way too high (not credible) and we didn't like him immediately dropping from the top figure to below the bottom figure. His advice about auctions wasn't useful either. We do appreciate that in negotiations he took an offer of $515K and following an independent valuation requested by the buyer helped him settle on $525K.
