A year prior to listing our property to sell I had received a valuation in which I was told that the property had decreased 40K since purchasing it 3 years earlier. I did some research into agents and couldn't fault the comments and reviews about Jason. As such we engaged him to come and look at our property. From first encounter he was professional, yet entirely relatable and genuine. The valuation he provided was based on him spending the time to look around the property and use his extensive experience with the area to generate a very satisfactory price range. Sceptical that the price could have increased so much we put it on the market hoping for the best. Lo and behold the property received an offer after the first open house, it was slightly shy of our minimum, however through his excellent negotiation skills Jason was able to increase the offer up to by 10K, well into where we were happy to sell.
