Experienced and energetic; some issues towards the end

Jason is very experienced and knowledgeable about the Queanbeyan market. He sells most houses in the local market, and lives locally. Jason is very passionate about his work and brings a good energy to the process. We found Jason very good to deal with for most of the process. He was very communicative and we appreciated his honest advice about sale strategy and selling price. Jason suggested we go for an auction strategy - on the day we only had one bidder which was disappointing but Jason was able to secure us a good price. We had one issue towards the end of the sale - Jason had arranged without our knowledge, a contractor to come and do some work on the property at the buyers request - we were then charged for this unexpectedly. LJ Hooker then agreed to cover half these costs after we complained about this issue which was appreciated.
