Our sale was extremely fast and our sale price was higher than I expected. Don't pay to list on realestate.com straight away though. We paid for that but the house sold through other means which meant it was expensive ad that no one saw.

Jason did an excellent job of selling our house in North Ipswich recently. Throughout the process all the involved costs were explained to us in full from the beginning so there were no surprises. The commission paid to the agent was less than many competitors in the area. After receiving several offers that low balled our bottom line immediately after advertising, Jason kept us patient not to sell too early based on his market knowledge of the area. The end result was us selling our house for a good amount above our asking price only 4 weeks later. He was professional, timely and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
