Jason was a great agent to buy from. He was very transparent and helped a lot when things weren't falling into place perfectly. I would highly recommend using Jason as a real estate agent.

Jason was a great help through the whole experience of buying our property. He maintained good communication with us and the vendor, and went out of his way to make sure our settlement was as painless as possible. 😊👍

Although we failed to meet the initial price guidance and our expectations for our property Jason did all he could to maximise the sale price. He was great to deal with and provided excellent feedback through the selling process. He is an excellent agent and person.

Jason was fantastic, sold our property on first viewing and got better than we expected. Will recommend Jason anytime

We had a great experience with Jason, very easy to communicate with and made selling our house enjoyable. I would use again in the future

Would recommend Jason in a heartbeat! Personable and knowledgeable, my house was sold in no time, I can definitely understand why he has won so many awards.

Coming from interstate we weren't familiar with all the ins and outs of property acquisition in SA. Jason was a big help in getting us up to speed with local processes. We found Jase to be very personable and supportive and a pleasure to work with in acquiring the house that was right for us (good thing he was the agent) - despite being very busy, he and Tia always got any questions we had addressed. If we ever want to sell our home (which won't be anytime soon) Jase will be our first point of call.

I'm quite happy to recommend Jason Mills to anybody who is looking to sell, he has a great understanding of his clients wishes and forms a great team with Tia Willet for good results, kind regards Troy

Jase was an absolute dream to deal with - his enthusiasm & professionalism is a credit to him. He made the buying process so easy with excellent communication, prompt replies and genuine nature. Highly recommended!

Jason will be handling my next sale. His personality suits sales to a T. Plus he managed to get 15k above advertised price.

Jason Mills of Timms Real Estate recently sold our home in Morphett Vale. His professionalism, enthusiasm, local market knowledge, gentle nature and sales experience provided with the best service we have ever received from a Real Estate agent! To add, the sale price of our property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Jason's services. Thanks, Steve and Vicki E.

Jason was fantastic from start to finish as our Agent of choice. His positive approach and high energy gave us complete confidence and satisfaction.Tia and Jenny as part of Jason's team, did a brilliant job of staging our beautiful home which played a big part in a very quick sale. We would not hesitate in recommending this team to any of our friends thinking of selling their home. All in all an exceptional effort. Well done team Jason.
