Jason has an excellent feeling for the potential buyers group and current market conditions regarding the achievable price. We started with an off market campaign to see if we can sell before spending more money. If it wasn't for the 12 month rental agreement I had signed 2 month earlier we would have succeeded. Then I decided to do the open market campaign. Timms Real Estate presented the property perfectly. They worked with the tenant staging the furniture to look most presentable and did an amazing job. During the open market campaign Jason did not settle for second best. If it meant spending more time to achieve an even better outcome he went for it. Like suggesting to to wait with the acceptance of an offer to show the property to more potential buyers that just came up. Being interstate for this purchase, and not familiar with the SA market and process, Alice was great at explaining things to us and was very accommodating when we flew down to inspect on a couple of occasions.
