He was responsive in getting back to us and as a buyer it can be frustrating when agents either don't return phone calls or they seem to busy to care. Jason was very patient and kept in touch even when we looked at a number of properties; nothing was too much trouble. I also liked that he answered questions honestly, and if he had to check with the seller, he would get the right answer instead of just making up an answer on the spot or brushing off the question.
