From the outset, I knew I had the right agent and Jason didn't prove me wrong. He had very good knowledge of the area and my apartment complex. His communication skills were excellent, not only keeping me well informed regarding negotiations but he kept a watchful eye on my vacant property, reporting to me any issues with common areas as well as my apartment. He went above and beyond what is expected of an agent, opening up the property for removalists and helping with styling of the property. His enthusiasm and tenacity in negotiations is to be admired. I would never use anyone but Jason to sell on the Gold Coast.
