Jason Mrak was exceptionally professional and made us change our view towards the Industry. We had just terminated a contract on a house and were quite disappointed with the previous Real Estates professionalism. At late night we made an offer on the house Jason was selling and the next day he had organised a personal inspection and went out of his way to pursue the contract on the same day considering both ours and the sellers desires for a quick settlement. We found Jason to be very professional and reliable in dealing with our sale, he was very accommodating with things like open homes , viewing times and would always ask and work around our availability, I always like to make sure the house is clean and respectable for buyers and to give the best impression , Jason always worked around my timings in allowing me to do that. He also have little gifts for the viewers, like cake, water and would often leave a scratch card for us, little special touches make him stand out from the rest. Jason never talks bad of other agents which again I love, as too many do. I could not recommend him enough, he is friendly , very approachable and does what he is paid to do, sell your home. My only issue with anything was the prices Belle charge for advertising, and all the extra's which we did not want or were interested in, this was nothing to do with Jason, as he just works for them, I must add that Jason never pressurised us into any of the extra's. all in all this was a great experience and we would have no hesitation in using Jason again. in face we have just brought from Jason and I would like to add the experience was just as good, well done Jason and keep up the good work, you stand out in a crowd !!
