I chose Jason Padula to sell my iconic Building at No 1 Tripovich Street Brunswick. also known as the Former Brunswick Market Building. I know that Jason is a very effective Real Estate Agent. I am his father, but this is not the reason why I chose him to handle this Commercial Property for me. There was an attempt at auction earlier in the year by a City Commercial Agent. The sale did not eventuate and I withdrew the property from the Market. Then Jason assured me that he would sell this property for me. He established a lower base price with my consent in order to attract real buyers to the property. His marketing and open for inspection times were both handled very well. His online presence with the advertising of the campaign was first class. He also used effectively social media networks and attracted major Metropolitan and Suburban newspaper interest, namely: the Herald Sun, Moreland Leader and Hume Leader. There were a few interested buyers, but they were all looking for a bargain. Jason managed to attract a couple of interested buyers, one of whom bid at auction. The property was passed in and sold immediately afterwards for a satisfactory price. Jason's negotiating skills were evident throughout this sale process! I was very grateful for Jason's professional help. I would unequivocally recommend him to any potential vendor in both the Residential and Commercial sectors of the Real Estate Industry.
