My mother and I cannot speak highly enough of Jason Partridge from Patterson Real Estate with regard to selling our block of land in Port Macquarie. Jason went far and beyond our expectations, liaising with builders to look at possible land and house packages to help with the sale of the land, assisting us with fencing legislation when a fence needed to be erected on one side of the property and finally negotiating a selling price for the land that we were very happy with. Jason's friendly and helpful manner and integrity made selling the property a whole lot easier especially as we lived interstate. My mother and I highly recommend Jason.
Firstly we would like to thank Jason for helping us reach our dreams. We had to travel from Sydney to view the property. We arrived on Sunday and he met us there.... on a Sunday.... I know you are probably thinking he just wants the $$$ but we requested a few viewings on other properties and unfortunately we didn’t get the same answer. So that’s one of the many reasons we would recommend Jason. Have you ever heard of the term married to your job... well Jason is the definition of this. After we viewed the property our parents , brothers , sisters and grandparents wanted to view the property. I think all up we viewed the property 5 times. We had a few bad experiences with other agents. I was very guarded when I met Jason but he had a smile ear to ear... In the end we figured out this man just loves what he does and that’s why he was so happy. How refreshing someone who loves their job. We didn’t feel rushed, we felt Jason was more like family, the protective brother. He made sure we had everything we needed before making a huge commitment. He was very patient with us as we tried to organise the 4 billions things involved when buying a property....Now we do understand this is his job but geez we really felt looked after. Everything is just so much easier when you have a kind soul helping. Nothing was a problem, every phone call was answered and ever text we got a reply. So Jason thank you once again.
