Poor organisation, failed to communicate that the previous owners would still be in the property after settlement. Only one key was surrendered and had to collect remaining keys from previous owners. Received a text message instead of a call to inform me that settlement was complete and to collect the keys from the office lady. This was over an hour after the solicitors had submitted paperwork
